We, Sarah and Beth, have created this website both to raise money for our gap year and to let everyone know exactly what it is that we are doing.
We will spend five months in Swaziland, a small kingdom in the northeast of South Africa. While we are there, we will spend our time caring for children in orphanages in the Ezulwini Valley. Many of these children are AIDS orphans and are desperate for a little love and attention.

Unfortunately, we need to raise nearly £4000 each to cover our costs and allow us to work with no extra cost to the orphanages. Please donate, using the button on the left. Any amount, however big or small will be most welcome. Any extra money will be given as a donation to the orphanages.

Good to hear you arrived safely…can stop worrying now! Sounds as though you are having fun already; don’t go getting too brown though, Sarah has a bit of catching up to do. It’s a pity you missed the snow, even beter than last year. take care and get on with the painting.
